Oasis of Sandbanks (Formerly Eastlynn Cottages) is a family-owned cottage property on East Lake in Cherry Valley, Prince Edward County. Our cottages sit close to the water, giving guests easy access to lake views, swimming, fishing, and quiet time outdoors. We welcome families, couples, and small groups looking for a quiet stay near Sandbanks Provincial Park. Our goal is simple: to offer a peaceful place where guests can reconnect, enjoy nature, and create lasting memories together.

Each cottage includes a kitchen, dining and living space, a washroom, and an outdoor deck for relaxed cottage meals and evenings outside.  There are 20-foot docks for sunbathing and fishing where you can easily launch your boat and dock. If bringing a boat, there’s a public boat dock at Picton and surrounding areas. 

Oasis is about a 10-minute drive from Sandbanks Provincial Park and its well-known beaches. Outlet Beach is perfect for families with young children because of its shallow water. The Dunes Beach has the world’s largest bay mouth dune foundation and lastly, the Lakeshore Beach for those who love to bring their pets to swim.

If you are someone who loves to go hiking, Sandbanks Provincial Park has five great walking trails namely Dunes Nature Trail, Cedar Sands Trail, Westpoint Trail, Sandbanks Beach, and Woodlands Trail.

Picton is also a short drive away for groceries, restaurants, and everyday essentials.

Oasis of Sandbanks is family owned and operated. As such, it is a family-oriented retreat or hideaway with many common areas such as a dock, swimming area, firepit, and so on. It is a very private space for your family and friends to enjoy. Our cottages are especially well-suited for family reunions, small gatherings, and peaceful group retreats.
