All our family-friendly cottages have a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and washrooms. There are 30-foot docks for sunbathing, fishing and just plain sightseeing or relaxing. There is easy access to the water park, sandy beaches, Sandbanks dune trail, and wetland area for all ages. No Sandbanks Beach Vehicle permit is required.

The Sandbanks Provincial Park, which is a 10-minute drive from the cottage, boasts three expansive sandy beaches and is considered to be the best beach in Canada. Outlet Beach is perfect for young families because of its shallow water. Dunes Beach is known for its remarkable dunes and natural beauty.

If you love hiking, Sandbanks Provincial Park has five great walking trails: Sandbanks Dune Trail, Cedar Sands Trail, Westpoint Trail, Sandbanks Beaches Trail, and Woodlands Trail.

Check-in is typically from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please refer to your rental agreement for specific times or contact the property manager for any special arrangements.

Are there any discounts available for extended stays or group bookings in Summer 2026?

What amenities are included in Sandbanks cottage rentals for Summer 2026?

Cottages have essential amenities, including a fully furnished kitchen, Wi-Fi, BBQ grills, fire pits, and outdoor seating areas. However, you must bring your bed linens and pillows.

What is the cancellation policy for Sandbanks cottage rentals in Summer 2026?

If a booking is to be consumed when there’s a lockdown, you will be refunded 100%.

If canceled more than 30 days before the check-in date, you will refunded in full less the payment gateway fee of 3%.

If canceled less than 30 days before the check-in date, you will be charged $50 per cabin. Please call us before you cancel, and we will arrange something beneficial for both of us.

In the event of a no-show or booking reduction (after the arrival date), the full cost of the booking is charged.

Are pets allowed in Sandbanks cottage rentals?

Yes, pets are welcome with a $50 fee per pet.
