How do you book a cottage at Oasis of Sandbank?
All bookings must be made through our website, where you can check real-time availability and secure your preferred dates quickly. Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
If you have limited access to a computer or need assistance, feel free to contact us directly by phone. Our team will reserve your cottage and answer questions you may have about your booking.
Please note that a deposit is required to confirm your reservation and the balance is due before your stay. Our website has detailed booking terms and conditions.
What amenities will be in the cottages?
Every cabin has a fridge, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, and toaster. At Oasis of Sandbank, our cottages have bedrooms featuring a cozy, compact design with a large living room.
Dishes and other kitchen utensils are also provided. They are well-cleaned and sanitized for the next guests’ use. However, if you still need to bring your own, feel free to do so.
Each cottage is supplied with clean, filtered water that is safe to use; however, you are free to choose your water.
Each cabin has a propane barbecue. If you use it, please make sure to leave it clean.
There is a common firepit for everyone to use. If it is in use, we have additional fire pits by the lakeside. Please be respectful of one another and take turns when necessary. Firewood can be purchased at Cherry Valley on your way to the cottage.
Can cottage renters bring pets?
Yes, we are now a pet-friendly place of accomodation! We welcome well-behaved pets, so your furry family members can join you on your get away. Please note that an additional pet fee applies, and specific rules are in place to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests. Ensure pets remain leashed outdoors and not left unattended in the room. Owners are also expected to clean up their pets. For more details on our pet policy, check our privacy policy or contact us.
What do I need to pack for outdoor space?
A must bring:
Bedsheets, pillows, bath and beach towels, blankets (if necessary)
Bath soap, kitchen towels or paper towels, toiletries, and an extra tissue roll if you need more than one roll.
What is your cancellation policy?
If a booking is to be consumed when there’s a lockdown, you will be refunded 100%.
If canceled more than 30 days before the check-in date, you will refunded in full less the payment gateway fee of 3%.
If canceled less than 30 days before the check-in date, you will be charged $50 per cabin. Please call us before you cancel, and we will arrange something beneficial for both of us.
In the event of a no-show or booking reduction (after the arrival date), the full cost of the booking is charged.
What is the check-in time at Oasis of Sandbank?
The check-in time at Oasis of Sandbank is 3:00 PM
Guests are welcome to check in starting at 3:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving earlier, please get in touch with us in advance to discuss the possibility of an early check-in, subject to availability.
On the other hand, the check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Guests are expected to vacate their accommodations by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may be accommodated upon request and availability, but additional charges may apply.
